As the National Manager– Sourcing & Partnerships you will report directly into the General Manager – People & Talent and lead a newly created team of five in managing strategic partnerships responsible for sourcing talent for the business on a national and international basis.
You will manage the centralised sourcing initiatives and activities that build the brand of Compass Group Australia (CGA) externally to ensure we are the employer of choice in our field. The success outcome for this role will be to build our talent pipelines and recruit new talent via external events, programs and partnerships within Australia as well as from a range of strategically identified international countries.
As this is a new role to the People Leadership team, you will be able to build and develop your own team and make a significant impact to source new talent to CGA via a number of traditional and non-traditional channels in this talent tight market.
We are looking for someone who brings stakeholder engagement as a core strength. This, along with influencing skills will assist you to build relationships both internally and externally to strengthen the talent acquisition strategy which will ultimately build the CGA business.
