We are currently seeking a Part Time Pantry Food Services Supervisor to join our team who will assist with the daily operations of pantries and catering. Based at a leading Corporate institution in Sydney CBD, you will be part of team who are encouraged to multitask across the pantry and catering services. This is a casual role with shifts offered approx Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm

Key Duties

  • Open and close of pantries maintaining throughout the day
  • Managing inventory and some stock ordering
  • Client liason and some reporting
  • Barista skills preferred however not essential
  • Ensuring the service delivered in the venue meets client and RA standards
  • Ensuring safe food handling practices are adhered to
  • RSA certified, providing responsible service of alcohol
  • Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times

The Person

  • Strong focus on providing great food, service & a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • RSA certified, providing responsible service of alcohol
  • Background in high end Food and Beverage operations- 5 star hotel/boardroom service would be advantageous
  • A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
  • Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

In line with the required legislation a valid and current police check will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
