The Position:

We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Systems Administrator to join our team. The role will be Reporting to the Payroll Manager and you will be responsible for running the end-to-end payroll process and administration of master payroll documentation.
The role would suit an experienced payroll officer that is looking to take the next step in their career into a systems administration and a management position.  A love of data is required!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing day to day system support for Pay global and Time and Attendance
  • Assist and oversee system related projects
  • Action award interpretation new/change requests
  • Analysis of current system usage to ensure best practice
  • Provide the business with advice on new functions/reports
  • Provide and identify internal training requirements
  • Develop and maintain System Policy/Procedures Document in liaison with Payroll Manager/Supervisor

The Person

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • High level of proven IT Skills
  • SQL knowledge - intermediate
  • High level of payroll knowledge
  • Sound conceptual/analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
