About the role
Following a recent internal promotion, we’re looking for a People Operations Advisor to support our team. The role will focus on the core pillars of People Operations; Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and People Analytics, underpinned by Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The role will support people projects, manager skills training, and compliance in order to support operational excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the People Operations Advisor will leverage their strong knowledge of local laws and company labour guidelines, training, coaching and mentoring skills, ability to influence and to partner with key stakeholders to promote all people standards, expectations, and enhance the user experience.
