The Position
- Team Leadership and hands on execution of our specialised mine site cleaning services and also residential cleaning.
- Delivering consistent operational cleaning performance - Great People Management skills.
- Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance in all aspects of the role
- Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships at all levels. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Systems, or possible experience with SAMS is preferred.
The Person
- Experience in cleaning supervisory position(s) is essential.
- Demonstrable cleaning experience in heavy industrial or remote environments is desirable.
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to motivate teams. Ability to be hands on when required.
- Experience in delivering on cleaning project deadlines with competing priorities. Highly organsied.
- Manual drivers’ license is essential
