We are currently seeking a qualified plumber to join our Delta FM QLD team. You will work with our committed maintenance team at our busy hospital site in South Brisbane, maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical and various other systems within a complex environment.
Key duties
- Reports directly to the Mechanical Supervisor
- Performing breakdown repairs and maintenance plumbing in a complex work environment
- Ensure continuity of essential Building and Engineering services
- Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
- Provide mobile device work orders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
The Person
- QLD Plumbing Trade Qualification essential
- RPZ & TMV experience highly regarded
- Must be available for a rotating, after hours roster
- Professional & reliable with effective communication skills
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role(s).
- Current Police Check (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of QFM would be advantageous
- Current driver’s license.
