Are you passionate about People, committed to retaining current team members wherever you work and always on the lookout for new talent to bring into the business? If this sounds like you, we’re delighted to offer a Fixed Term 12-month contract to manage and lead the implementation and delivery of a new Workforce Intelligence Platform, Reejig.
As the Reejig Project Lead, you will report directly into the General Manager-People & Talent and manage the Vendor partnership to ensure a smooth transition of their platform enabling our Recruiters to find high calibre talent within the business and from external sources resulting in Zero Wasted Potential.
Reejig is a technology solution to allow us to drive sourcing capability into the recruitment function at Compass Group Australia (CGA). By introducing this cutting-edge technology, we will improve the candidate experience, Hiring Manager satisfaction and meet Business as Usual (BAU) and growth recruitment demands.
This innovative software solution is a world first that will provide CGA with the ability to use data mining and AI technology to surface readily available talent and create talent pools for “always on” roles such as Chefs and frontline Hospitality workers.
In addition to this, through the data mining capability we will be able to “marry up” external information with CGA employee data to create live internal career profiles of our employees, allowing for greater proactive internal mobility.
