 Reporting to the National Account Manager, this role assumes accountability for all Project Management deliverables & activities across Workplace Operations, with a focus on Environmental Management, Safety Services & Business Continuity Management. This role delivers a high level of service to all client stakeholders, so previous facilities management and a strong understanding of safety and environmental management will be prerequisites of this position.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver upon the Contract Scope of Services pertaining to Environmental Management, Safety Services and Business Continuity Management
  • Act has the interface between the IFM Contractor and the Client’s internal stakeholders with regard to Environmental Management, Safety and Business Continuity
  • Support the Client with Ad-hoc projects pertaining to Workplace Operations, including the integration of newly acquired offices, office relocations and closures
  • Oversee PMO activities for projects spanning across the Workplace portfolio
  • To assist and support the Contract Performance Standards, reporting and governance, pricing and service and risk management
  • Maintain database records and reporting of Environmental and Safety data, supporting with internal and external Audits
  • Deliver training presentations to operational teams and contract managers as required
  • Build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues

About You:

  • 3 years’ experience in a role of similar scope & responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health, Safety or Environment Management 
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment 
  • Food Safety qualifications (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience undertaking internal and external WHS & EMS audits, and prepare and deliver detailed reports
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
