Delta Facilities Management offers facilities maintenance, asset, and project management services to a diverse range of clients, including Defence organisations, Education, Healthcare, Utilities, and Remote resources industries throughout Australia.

We currently have a role on our team for a Full Time Service Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering projects that are derived from the client’s lifecycle refurbishments and one-off development projects. The role works across a variety of clients delivering minor projects <$0.5M with and annual budget spend of <$10M.

THE POSITION

• Working closely with the Asset Management team to delivery approved lifecycle projects
• Directly working clients on development projects
• Creating specifications and building Request For Quote/Tenders
• Work with Procurement teams to lead evaluation of quotes and tenders
• Engage contractors to deliver the contracted work to the highest standard in accordance with the specifications
• Communicate extremely well with all stakeholders within the project and lifecycle plans
• Provide support to clients and site operations for project concept creation and planning development
• Deliver projects on time, zero harm and on budget
• Ensure handover documents are reviewed, and site operations are included in the handover and trained
• You will be responsible for working in a safe and efficient manner as part of the Delta FM team to provide a high-quality service to our customers and clients in line with Compass Group contract requirements

THE PERSON

• Diploma in Project Management
• Experience facilities management lifecycle programs
• Experienced in delivering multiple minor projects at one time
• Team player and able to work autonomously
• Flexible approach and attitude
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience working with computer systems such as INX, Service Now, Pronto, QFM, Urbanise, MS Project and MS Suite
