Compass Group is adding to its capability to assist our teams with mental health initiatives. We are looking for a professional in the field of workplace/organisation psychology who wants to improve the health & wellbeing of our workforce. Based in our Brisbane Support Office, there is an expectation to meet some travel requirements, with an attractive salary to be negotiated in relation to qualifications and experience.
The Position
You will work as part of Compass Group's Tastelife team. The Tastelife team is a leading provider of health and wellbeing services within remote and corporate services across a variety of industries. The position is responsible for delivering our current major mental health initiatives, specifically focusing on the following;
- Program implementation, monitoring and reporting
- Psychological health awareness training
- Mental health SME
- Contributing member of Tastelife teams operational remit
The Person
- Qualification relevant to your area of expertise
- Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Proven ability to project manage major mental health initiatives
- Demonstrated ability in training and assessing mental health courses
- Demonstrated skill in working autonomously, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a sound understanding of your role as a mental health practitioner
