Receptionist Supervisor

$75-80k plus superannuation (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Receptionist Supervisor to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Sydney, CBD! 

The Role:  

• A strong focus on providing and delivering a premium service
• Seamless organization and management operation 
• Handling guest inquires and complaints while maintaining brand standards
• Ensuring a seamless flow of operations and assisting site manager
• Delivering and exceeding high level guest services 

The Person: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a lead receptionist role. 
• a passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
• Advanced Microsoft suite experience
• A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
• Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
