The Role
We are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join our fabulous National team based in Brisbane . This could suit an experienced, hit the ground running recruiter, however we will also consider someone more junior, looking to carve out a career in recruitment with a global powerhouse Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you’ll join a team of trusted advisors who live & breath customer centricity – we bring to the table pride, passion and personality!
Based in Brisbane, you will manage recruitment activities across the QLD portfolio, hiring across the hospitality sector. Our clients are based across Education, Healthcare, Defence, Business & Industry and some of the most prestigious Venues in town!
There is flexibility to work from remotely if you are not able to get into the office every day!
Key Duties
- Ownership of the end to end recruitment process across a specific portfolio
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the process
- Building strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering an excellent customer service at all levels
- Sourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short notice
- Proactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when required
The Person
- Previous experience managing high volume/ campaign/ project-based recruitment.
- Experience in a fast pace recruitment, HR, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships
