Due to anticipated growth, we are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Resourcers and Advisors, interested in joining a fast-paced environment, entering a new phase of advanced volume recruitment process and technologies.

As integral members of our National Recruitment Team, based in our Cannon Hill Office, the successful candidates will work across multiple mining portfolios throughout Brisbane, Central and Northern QLD, and the Northern Territory. We recruit a wide selection of permanent and casual employees, including Chefs, Kitchen Hands, Cleaners, Housekeepers, Maintenance and Trades personnel.

The Position

• Manage the end to end recruitment process.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience across all stages.
• Coordinating candidate management activities, including compliance checks, reference checks, candidate updates, and reporting.
• Offering excellent customer service at all levels
• Proactively utilising our recruitment system (Page Up)

The Person

• Proven recruitment, administrative and organisational skills
• Recruitment experience on volume recruitment campaigns
• A strong sense of initiative and drive to deliver in a busy environment
• Business acumen and customer service focus
• Exceptional phone manner, attention to detail and data entry skills
• Problem solving skills and able to deliver on tight deadlines
