The Position

We are looking to engage an experienced Recruitment Resourcer with expertise in managing a high-volume candidate base. You will manage the end to end recruitment experience of candidates across our Queensland ESS business.

The Person

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in volume resourcing
• End-to end recruitment candidate experience
• Compliance focused with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in delivering group training and information sessions
• The ability to ‘think outside the box’ to attract candidates in a skills short market
• Work well within a team and contributes to overall team strength through collaboration
• Customer focus in everything you do
