The Position
We are currently recruiting two Recruitment Team Leaders for our Healthcare, Business and Industry, Education and Venues Sectors of Compass Group Australia. These are brand new roles with space to develop and grow your team, your way.
These roles can be based in our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices and have the overall responsibility for recruitment activity and people movements across our business.
In these roles you will act as the day to day operational leaders for the respective recruitment teams. Providing training and support to the advisors and reporting and analytics to both the operational team and the HR leadership team.
Working closely with the National Manager you will support the design and delivery of recruitment solutions. We are in a constant state of process improvement, so you’ll enjoy involvement in technology changes, implementation of selection tools, sourcing and branding and talent development programs.
