Based in Regional NSW (or willing to relocate) with the ability to travel throughout the state, we’re looking for an accomplished hospitality leader looking for a challenge and the opportunity to develop your career.  

You’ll be a flexible and resourceful hands-on leader, willing to lead the team from the front to ensure success. With an eye for detail, your challenge is to deliver exceptional service, innovation and change within the business.

 Key duties:

  • Mentor your team to success in a complex multi outlet site
  • Grow a positive Safety Culture and ensure that our people remain safe at work
  • Develop the team to ensure high Food Safety and Allergen Management standards are adhered to at all times
  • Liaise with Management and our Support teams to ensure contract deliverables are met
  • Developing strong, honest relationships with your team and our client to deliver exceptional outcomes

 The person:

  • Experience in managing multi-site operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of financial management practices and reporting
  • Experience in motivating your team to success and achieving key KPI’s
  • Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • Must have a passion for quality, commitment to delivering outstanding service and a can-do attitude
