The Position:

• Managing and motivating restaurant staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Maintaining standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
• Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue. 

 The Person:

• Leadership and people management experience, including rostering and budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Approachable and friendly demeanour
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
