The Position:
- Lead the day to day operations of our food and beverage outlets
- Provide support to internal and external guests
- Implement innovative strategies to boost revenue and enhance profitability
- Resolve issues promptly and exceed guest expectations
- Report on Outlet performance and foster a learning and continuous improvement culture
- Contribute to a fun and collaborative team environment in the heart of the snowfields
The Person:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Approachable and friendly demeanour
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
