The Position

Due to rapid growth of our Restaurant Associates portfolio, we currently have a newly created position for a Manager of Retail & Merchandise across multiple cafes and restaurants.  

Key Duties 

• Delivering retail initiatives for sales growth
• Managing retail pricing
• Implementing agreed planograms
• Implementing new/existing retail refits
• Managing new retail concepts such as relocatable/mobile, pop up & coffee carts
• Execution of agreed retail promotional plan
• Building effective relationships with key suppliers

The Person

• Previous franchised network experience
• Proven exposure and understanding of retail disciplines
• Ability to develop meaningful relationships
• Ability to negotiate at a senior level, and an ability to drive sales/sale growth 
• Previous experience managing teams
