Building on the success of the original spot on the Mornington Peninsula, the new inner-city brewery and restaurant at Melbourne Park is officially open. Located at Garden Square, St Andrews Beach Brewery Melbourne Park is just a short walk from Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena, and AAMI Park. The new venue boasts a 30-tap bar, expansive indoor and outdoor dining areas and its very own 300l brewery. Creating an inviting space to enjoy a range of easy drinking beers and signatures dishes.

We are currently seeking experienced:

• Kitchen Hands / Stewards

The Position:

• Assist in the kitchen with tasks such as washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment such as stoves, pots/pans, refrigerators, cutlery, glassware.
• Support the kitchen team in organisation, cleanliness, and sanitation of kitchen areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including counters, floors, and walls.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times.

The Person:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or stadium environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in fast paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
