The Position

Manage client relationships, event planning, and operational setup for successful functions

Respond to sales inquiries within 48 hours and create event sales proposals

Proactively seek out sales opportunities and conduct site inspections

Develop detailed event orders and floor plans

Manage deposit and final invoicing, ensuring timely payments

Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams for seamless event delivery

Maintain customer service excellence and follow up on client feedback
The Person

A minimum of three years of experience in a function venue or a comparable setting

Preferred experience in the catering or hospitality industry, though not mandatory

A strong desire to be an active, collaborative team member

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
