Overall Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for the successful sales, coordination and event planning of functions, including initial enquiries, client liaison and function operations whilst delivering the highest level of customer service. A busy year-round venue hosting the most elegant, cutting-edge and spectacular events that Melbourne (and Australia!) has to offer, including the famous NGV Gala and high-profile weddings. The successful candidate will have a passion for the hospitality and events industry, is not afraid to ‘look outside of the box’ and possesses exceptional client engagement.
