We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor, working at our Groote Eylandt Site. 7 days on / 7 days off rosters, providing a rare work, life flexibility few people experience! Fly In Fly Out position out of Darwin or Cairns, you will be responsible for the provision of effective and responsive security services, interacting with clients, residents, visitors, staff and contractors on a daily basis. As such, you will be a confident communicator and able to respond to queries in a professional manner. 

The Position

• 7/7 Roster with a full time commencement salary of $95,000pa
• Effective and positive communication skillset
• Competent with MS Office applications and Security CCTV systems
• Daily and weekly reporting contract compliance
• Ability to develop and oversee continual improvement of systems, service, processes, and policies.
• Sound knowledge of security regulations and legislative requirements
• Ability to build positive and effective relationships with client, community, and key steak holders.
• Ability mentor and train individuals and teams
• Ability to foster an inclusive and team orientated work environment.

The Person

• Demonstrable Security and / or Supervisory experience (2 Years’ minimum)
• Minimum qualification of Cert II Security operations.
• Hold a valid Northern Territory Security Officers License, or be willing to obtain Mutual Recognition (with Crowd Control)
• Open Drivers Licence – mandatory
• Pre Employment Medical will be required
