About you

We’re looking for a Senior Catering Manager to drive excellence in the experience of our amazing food operations in Sydney.

You will lead innovative hospitality experiences that deliver service and operational excellence. You will provide high level hospitality expertise, creativity, and leadership to all departments managing, implementing and supporting all food related programs.

The great things you will do

The Senior Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing Catering and the teams at all locations.

Motivates, trains, develops and directs team members to deliver exceptional service and accomplish daily goals and projects. The Senior Catering Manager will focus on hospitality and the events experience for the Food program in order to support operational excellence.

This position reports into the Head of Operations and will leverage their strong communication, hospitality and operational skills to partner with key stakeholders (culinary, nutrition, marketing, behavioral science, concept development, procurement, risk management, operations and people approach) to promote standards, Food program expectations and enhance user (partner) experience.

What we look for in the perfect candidate

  • Proven experience managing multi functional teams within the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience managing food and beverage operations across multiple locations
  • Proven ability to manage budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Knowledge and experience in business planning
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Problem solving, action oriented and a can do attitude
