ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group providing ‘home away from home’ comforts for remote workers. ESS have been awarded the opportunity to provide the hospitality and food solutions to the teams working on various projects throughout the Snowy. We are currently recruiting experienced Site Administrators, working 14 days on / 7 days off rosters.

The Position

As Site Administrator you will be responsible for front desk attendance, management of accommodation systems, travel logistics and all aspects of general office administration. You will also play a pivotal role in the on-boarding of new employees, working closely with the recruitment team and the client, managing start date and induction processes.

The Person

  • Proven administration experience in site based environments
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Must be able to get to a pick-up point eg, Cooma/Canberra/Tumut or Wagga
  • White Card (or willingness to apply)
  • National Police Check (or willingness to apply)
  • Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical
  • Comfortable undertaking COVID test every 72 hours

Specifically, we are looking for candidates from local areas including, but not limited to Wagga, Tumut Valley, Cooma and ACT regions. We provide bus services to site from these locations.
