The Position
Cannon Hill Location
Monday - Friday (09:00am - 17:00pm)
Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites and are maintained to a high standard
Perform site-specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities
Monday to Friday Role – working between the hours of 9am -5:06pm
Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence
Provide high quality customer service
The Person
You will preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings/requests
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in the provision of superior customer service
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative and hardworking
A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously
Follow all Health and safety guidelines
