THE POSITION
Mobilisation Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the mobilisation processes, supporting the mobilisation team to ensure operational efficacy and compliance.
Manage various projects, engaging with stakeholders, gathering data, and developing documentation and presentations.
Maintain policies and procedures necessary for operational commencement.
Oversee the electronic library (Compass Teams), ensuring document control and access.
Maintain a register of all procedures by work stream and assist with developing workflows and supporting documentation.
Coordinate meetings, including agenda creation, minute recording, and distribution of materials.
Provide general administrative support to the mobilisation teams.
Operational Responsibilities:
Provide Administration support to the Compass Group Service Operations management Team
Assists with the maintenance and updating of documentation and report generation.
Maintain operational quality manuals and related documentation.
Assist with maintaining relevant sub-contractor documentation.
As required assist the security services team with the issuing of access passes.
Ensure all documentation of internal equipment and services regimes are maintained.
THE PERSON
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to changing environments.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong minute-taking skills, with the ability to summarise key points and action items.
Effective engagement with a diverse range of professionals.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience within healthcare would be highly advantageous.
