Corporate Hospitality Manager

Salary: $78,000 per year plus superannuation

THE POSITION

• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships that support partnership objectives
• Confidently contribute to the growth of the business by strengthening customer and client relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Oversee the daily operations of the Call Centre Café, ensuring compliance with brand standards, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and deliver on financial and operational targets, including cost control, resource planning, and workplace health and safety compliance

THE PERSON

• Proven management experience within a corporate hospitality or similar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, manage, and communicate effectively
• Experience conducting training, mentoring, and performance appraisals to support team capability and career progression
• Excellent financial and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets and allocating resources to maintain a profitable and sustainable business
