The Position  

Our operations are going through a period of growth which in turn, has created a unique opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team based in Yatala. You’ll thrive on client and customer interaction, getting the best out of your team and exceeding our client’s expectations. You will be leading a small team who are dedicated to fresh and inventive flavours, flawless service standards and great banter! This role roles offers a supportive work environment and a people-centric company ethos.  

Key Duties

  • Mentoring and growing your team
  • Cost control and financial reporting
  • Hand on catering at a high level for events and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Working across function and retail operations
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
  • Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality

The Person

  • Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality 
  • Chef background with with business management preferred due to the catering element associated with this position
  • Experience in a catering environment 
  • Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
  • Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
  • An advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace
  • A Foodie at heart
