You’ll be responsible for leading a busy hospitality team in a Healthcare – Senior Living setting located in Malvern, Victoria. You will lead your team through effective coaching, development and performance improvement to ensure ongoing business enhancement that maximises the customer experience. You'll also be responsible for:

• Leadership of your team in the delivery of an exceptional customer experience
• Manage HR related functions - recruitment, staff induction, employee relations, performance management, training & development.
• Develop and exercise relevant legislative knowledge required for business compliance
• Maintain excellence in food and service standards and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
