The Position  

Our operations are going through a period of growth which in turn, has created unique opportunities for experienced Site Managers to join our teams based across Brisbane. You’ll thrive on client and customer interaction, getting the best out of your team and exceeding our client’s expectations. You will be leading a large team of service and culinary professionals who are dedicated to fresh and inventive flavours, flawless service standards and great banter! Key Duties

  • Mentoring and growing your team
  • Cost control and financial reporting
  • Catering at a high level for events and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Working across function and retail operations
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
  • Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
  • Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality

The Person

  • Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
  • Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
  • Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
  • Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
  • Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
  • An advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace
  • A Foodie at heart
