As an essential services worker, your role will be vital, and we’d love for you to be part of the team.  We are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager to work within our two sites, BCS Carey Gardens and BCS Griffith based in Canberra.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operations of the two sites in the region. This role is focused on excellent service delivery, safety of our on-site team, operational efficiency, and innovation.

This role is suitable for an experienced professional with a proven ability to closely manage multiple operations and work closely with our client to maximise and deliver common business goals. You will need to inspire your team of site managers to ensure high standards are met consistently.

Key responsibilities will also include: 

  • Proven record of demonstrating safety leadership
  • Providing leadership, management, and operational support to your team
  • Develop strategic client relationships and identify additional growth and innovative opportunities to enhance our service delivery
  • Defining, implementing, and reviewing the strategy for your sites, to increase efficiency and ensure that improvements maximise performance and customer satisfaction
  • Proven experience managing multiple P&L's and the commercial experience to improve results

 

The successful applicant will have previous management experience and possess the ability to lead and inspire large operational teams. It goes without saying that you will have highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and will be a hospitality superstar with the ability to influence at all levels within an organisation.

You'll also need to:

  • In line with the required legislation, a valid and current police clearance and influenza vaccination (or be prepared to acquire).
  • From 17th September 2021 it is a legislative requirement for all aged care workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19.
