We are currently seeking a Site Operations Manager for Blamey Barracks Kapooka.

 Key duties:

  • Managing staff and site operations
  • Cost control and financial reporting
  • Driving the Safety Culture at site; initiating and implementing project ideas to drive commitment to safety
  • Ensuring Food Safety standards are met and adhered to
  • Liaising with above unit management and support services
  • Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
  • Function planning and management  

 The person:

  • Experience in managing site operations within a hospitality environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management experience
  • Experience and exposure in financial management practices and reporting
  • Proven track record in establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Experience in motivating and driving a team to success and achieving key KPI’s
  • Knowledge of quality management systems
  • Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • Must have a passion for quality, commitment to delivering outstanding service and a can-do attitude.
