We are currently seeking a Sous Chef or a driven Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the National Gallery of Australia. At the Gallery, we specialise in all things delicious and delicate, going into unknown places and delivering the best and most unusual in culinary delights.
We are looking for an agile chef who loves to be challenged, enjoys a rapid pace and isn’t afraid to be hands-on in a busy service. Extra points for a classically trained Italian / European Chef.
