We are currently seeking a talented sous chef to join our team at Melbourne's most recognised venue, National Gallery of Victoria. Work in a fantastic team environment with the ability to progress your career further!

Key Duties

• Assist in the management & running of all aspects of the kitchen
• Take responsibility for ordering and stock control
• Follow company health, safety and security procedures at all times
• Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
• Offer guidance and support to the wider kitchen team where needed, to ensure a great experience for all customers

The Person

• Experience with High end functions is essential
• Restaurant experience is preferred
• Passionate about delivering world class customer service
• Excellent work ethic with great communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional manner
