We are looking for a passionate, highly skilled professional to WOW us with menu design, and signature dishes by focusing on seasonal produce, latest market trends, and ongoing innovation & presentation. This Monday to Friday role will see you working across several corporate sites in the Sydney CBD, with the ideal candidate coming from a broad culinary background from cafes through to fine dining and events.

The Person

  • Chef trade qualifications
  • Outstanding communication & leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to maintain efficient operations across multi sites
  • Prior experience in a high paced & high quality a la carte/fine dining environment
  • Highly organised & fast paced
  • Ability to deliver to our Client's high expectation of a premium experience
  • Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Strong understanding of OH&S regulations, food safety & HACCP compliance
