Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting a new team to join us in the Safety team. As the Specialist-Assurance & Reporting, you will work collaboratively across our Urban based client sites with the broader HSEQ and business teams in the delivery of the Organisations Assurance, Compliance and Reporting schedule.
You will work to support the business in continuous improvement and compliance within the Compass Group Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) and Risk Management Systems. You will provide specialist technical advice, support varied internal and external assurance activities and legislative interpretations, all whilst encouraging a culture characterised by care and respect and accountability for performance. The role, in partnership with line leaders is instrumental in engaging and connecting every employee to our safety values.

The role will require a significant amount of intra & interstate travel to our client sites
