We are currently recruiting a brand new role to the business, supporting our growing Remote and Offshore operations. Reporting to the General Manager People, this role supports the business across all aspects of the employment life cycle delivering strategic projects which support talent management, performance management, industrial relations, engagement, and retention.
As the Specialist - People Operations/HR Projects, this role will work across a diverse range of operations and would suit a senior HR generalist who is looking to further their career working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Our expectation is the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in the development and implementation of innovative and contemporary HR projects.
Based in our Cannon Hill office in Brisbane, the role will support several client sites which will require some intrastate travel.
