The Position :
We’re excited to introduce a new role that offers you the chance to shape our business strategy and enhance customer experiences. As a Strategic Insights Lead, you'll engage with local communities and explore key areas such as sustainability, consumer preferences, changing demographics, and industry trends. Your insights will drive meaningful change across our organisation.
This role will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke research projects and using results to guide, challenge, and provide practical and actionable insights to support the planning, long-term development and effective delivery of Compass Group Australia’s strategic ambitions to deliver on our purpose. This role will be responsible for providing high level analysis of external customer insight data from independent market research, asking critical questions and supporting CGA to identify issues and opportunities for strategic growth and driving positive social impact. This role will work in partnership with the Customer Insights and Engagement Manager and Business Strategy Leads.
