We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Catering Supervisor for our prestigious education campus located in Southport. The successful candidate will be well equipped to provide fantastic service to our students as well as efficiently supervising staff and exceeding client expectations. Ideally, you will have supervisory experience teamed with a customer centric focus across catering and events, retail and/or commercial environments.

Key Duties

  • Assist with organising front of house team in the daily operations demands within a busy kitchen
  • Support and supervise the delivery of service across retail and boarding as well as functions and events
  • Ensure Food Safety Practice is followed and adhered too
  • Organise rosters as per operational requirements

The Person

  • Previous experience as a leader within a hospitality environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
