The Position
- Supervise catering operations at Olympic Dam site
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
- Manage and lead a team of utility staff to deliver high-quality service
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using computer systems
The Person
- Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Competent in computer systems and reporting tools
- Must hold valid driver’s licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
