Supervisor - Food & Beverage

$37.20 per hour as a permanent full-time employee

THE POSITION

• Location: Compass Group team at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital
• Overseeing the training, growth and development of the team members
• Ensuring the team adheres to policies, procedures and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation and delivery of meals to wards within the hospital 
• Check stock levels and place orders to ensure we have enough supplies 

THE PERSON

• Experience in leading people
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
• Flexible approach and attitude with excellent communication skills
• Possess a police check or be willing to obtain it
