We are currently looking for 2 x full time supervisors join us on the JCU campus. This new venue is almost at completion, so we are interviewing now with an ASAP start date. This role will require flexibility across the week as the venue will be a 7 day operation, offering a variety of bar, café and bistro style options. Key Duties

• Oversee the Front of House operations
• Deliver and be responsible for food and beverage services in a café environment
• Cash handling and register operation
• Lead a small team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service  
• Assisting with functions when required
• Staff training
• Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations 

The Person

• Must have supervisory experience in the Hospitality Industry with a minimum Certificate III qualifications or equivalent experience
• Experience managing/supervising a team
• Exceptional coffee making skills
• Experience operating POS systems
• Strong customer service skills
• RSA – Mandatory
• Exceptional personal presentation 
• Occupational Health and Safety focus
