We are seeking a Full Time Team leader to inspire and guide a small and eager team. The shifts are predominatly Monday to Friday with rare opportunity to work on weekends. Shifts are generally 7.45am to 15.45, all school holidays are vacation opportunities!

About the Role:

• Assist with organising retail and function team
• Lead and train to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service 
• Support and supervise the delivery of service & functions
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
• Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices

About You!

• An experienced hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service
• Coffee skills are a must have
• A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
• A true foodie at heart with an eye for detail
• Previous function and event experience, both intimate and large scale
• Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
