Electrician

THE POSITION

You will report to the Electrical Supervisor and take ownership of electrical maintenance across multiple metro sites in Brisbane’s South East.  

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out electrical maintenance, inspections, repairs and planned works
• Supporting continuity of essential building and engineering services across several South Brisbane sites
• Undertaking fault finding, reactive maintenance and providing updates through mobile work orders
• Prioritising urgent requests while maintaining safety, compliance and best FM practices
• Working alongside electricians, carpenters and trade assistants across Defence, Education and Commercial facilities

THE PERSON

• Holds a current QLD Electrical Licence
• Full Australian working rights
• CPR and LVR within 12 months and White Card
• Current C Class driver licence
• Blue Card or willingness to obtain
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Able to pass a pre employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
• Ideally based in the Brisbane South metro corridor
