What We’re Looking For:

- No FIFO experience? No problem! We provide full training and support – this could be your perfect entry into a long-term career
Roles Available:
- Full-Time: 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster (fly from Perth Airport)
What You’ll Do – Utility Attendant Duties:
You’ll be a key part of village life, supporting residents who live and work away from home. Tasks may include:
- Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms (“dongas”)
- Assisting in kitchens and dining areas – food prep and food handling required
- Cleaning of mine site offices, crib rooms, and ablution blocks
- Customer service in village taverns or retail shops
- General maintenance and cleaning of shared outdoor/common areas
What You’ll Need:
- WA residency (we can only consider candidates currently living in Western Australia)
- National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts in remote conditions, including day/night rotations
- Flexibility to work across different service areas with a strong team mindset
- Australian working rights (unrestricted)
- WA driver’s licence preferred
