The Role!

We are seeking an experienced Venue Coordinator for our corporate client based in Sydney, CBD! We pride ourselves of being at the forefront of premium catering, functions and events. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion and flare for fine dining experiences, we want to hear from you! 

Key Duties:

• Client management, event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions
• Conduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, creating detailed event orders, floor-plans and invoicing 
• Work co-cooperatively with the rest of the operations and kitchen teams in regard to handing over functions to ensure seamless delivery
• Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback
• Working directly with preferred suppliers where required  
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team and drive for success 

About You!

    •  Proven experience in event coordination, venue management, or a similar operational role.
    •  Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    •  Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
    •  Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
    •  Knowledge of audiovisual equipment, catering, and event technology is advantageous.
