We are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Manager based in Belmont,Perth. This position will oversee our warehouse and workplace operations. Apply now!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the chief fire warden
Manage and coordinate the site's planned/preventative maintenance schedules.
Manage and engage with sub-contractors strategically to ensure service level standards are monitored through KPI processes.
Oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse loading dock.
Manages and approves vendor purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking utilising CGA systems and processes.
Manage all facility and front-of-house documentation including Process & Procedures, risk assessments and Operations Manuals
Implement and maintain the client's global standards which focus on extraordinary guest services and presentation, maintenance, pantry services and catering.
Responsible for ensuring the site is aligned with our client’s environmental policies
What you will bring:
Fork lift license or willing to obtain
Qualification in warehouse/facilities management / relevant subjects, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Facilities/Warehouse and corporate services industry at management level
Experience working within a technical facilities management and or warehouse environment handling subcontracted hard and soft services
Excellent knowledge of building services operations.
Ability to drive change and improvements by leveraging vendor relationships
Current police check
Ability to lead a team with different levels of experience and skill sets to maximise output quality and efficiency while aligning with business needs and objectives
