The Position:
Calibrating espresso machine and grinder to optimise quality of product
Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
Stock rotation and stock take experience
Operation of a coffee bar including open and close
Quality preparation and service of beverages including alcoholic beverages
Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers
The Person:
Full Barista experience – Allpress specific training will be provided
You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience
Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Great coffee presentation and customer service skills
Ability to function in a high volume environment
Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
