The Position:
Work collaboratively within a skilled kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality meals.
Ensure full compliance with OH&S regulations and follow best practices in food safety and hygiene.
Oversee catering controls and stock management, with a strong focus on minimizing waste.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture by offering outstanding customer service, sharing ideas, and being adaptable to meet business needs.
Support both daily service and catering functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Bring experience in high-end or fine dining environments to enhance the quality of service delivery.
The Person
Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
4 years in high end/fine dining with catering is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Be a team player, but also be able to work autonomously.
Attention to detail and great time management is a must.
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.
Flexible and adaptive nature, able to fit in with changing teams.
